From the Start
Darryl Spence Ministries, based in St. Paul, Minnesota, is a grassroots Christian outreach founded by Reverend Darryl Francis Spence, Sr. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to make a difference—one life at a time—and to transform communities through faith, service, and compassion. We are committed to being a beacon of hope for individuals and families affected by poverty, gang violence, addiction, and trauma. At DarrylSpenceMinistries.com, you’ll find a ministry deeply rooted in action, support, and community partnership. We believe in our core values: “Do whatever it takes” and “Be the change.” These values guide everything we do as we walk alongside those in crisis, providing practical help and spiritual encouragement.

Our Mission
Our mission is to build healthy, strong communities, better families, and better lives. We partner with community agencies, churches, and law enforcement to deliver essential services for underserved individuals in the Twin Cities area.

Victim Counseling
Life can be challenging and filled with unplanned and unforeseen complexities. Our victim counseling and help is a phone call away. We help victims recover, so they can have hope and a renewed sense of safety.

Intervention
We mentor at-risk youth so they can have a future of promise and possibilities. We are reclaiming and redirecting their lives so they can dream and build a brighter tomorrow and a future far greater than they imagined.

God Squad
Our street-level outreach team meets people in their darkest moments to provide spiritual guidance, help, and a chance for a fresh start. We have been instrumental in breaking cycles of violence and despair throughout Minneapolis-St. Paul.
